Fausak, Ludwig; 1873; record of marriage at 26 to Louise Schinke at age 17 in Konary, Nasielsk, Poland.

"This happened in Nasielsk on the 2nd/14th of October 1873 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning. We declare that, in the presence of witnesses Friedrich Kittlitz, 59 years old, a farmer from Mogowo, and Michael Treichel, 24 years old, a farmer from Bledowo, a religious marital union was contracted between Ludwig Fausak, 26 years old, born and residing with his brother in Bledowo, a widower after the death of wife Ewa Fausak born Zukowski on the 30th of June/12th of July of this year, the son of the farmer Johann Fausak and his wife Anna Redmann - and - Louise Schinke, 17 years old, single, born and residing with her mother in Mogowo, the daughter the deceased farmer Michael Schinke and his living wife Marianne, born Jeck. This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns proclaimed in the Konary prayer house on the 16th/28th September, 23rd of September/5th of October, and the 30th of September/12th of October. Permission was given by the mother of the bride orally. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement had been made between them. This document after being read aloud, was signed by us and by Friedrich Kittlitz because the others present stated that they don't know how to write. W. Wernitz."
