Ludwig Bodach, 50 years old, a laborer from Kosewo and resident of Pomiechowo and in the presence of witnesses Edward Henke(?), 48 years old, and Edward Nagel, 42 years old, both farmers from Kosewo, presented to us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born yesterday in Kosewo at 1:00 in the morning from his lawful wife Helene born Fausak, 33 years old. To this child at holy baptism performed on this day was given the name Adolf. The godparents were the first witness and Olga Lentz.
