Fausak, Edward; 1889; record of birth at Kolonia Modlinska, Poland.

"This happened in Nowy Dwor on the 15th/27th of October 1889 at 12:00 in the afternoon. Johann Fausak, 40 years old, a farmer from Kolonia Modlinska, appeared and in the presence of Gottlieb Braun , kantor, 29 years old, and Adolf Goeppert, a church worker, 66 years old, presented to us a child of the male sex stating that he was born in Kolonia Modlin on the 24 of September/6th of October at 2:00 in the morning from his lawful wife Wilhelmine born Rinau. To this child at holy baptism performed on this day was given the name Edward. The godparents were Paul Rinau and Amalie Lentz. This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarant and signed by us and all witnesses. Pastor L. Behrens(?)."
