Karl Fausak, 31 years old, day laborer residing from Brzeziny Nowe appeared and in the presence of witnesses Heinrich Kuhn, farmer, 40 years old, and Benjamin Hertz, 36 years old, a laborer residing in Brzeziny Nowe, and presented to us a child of the female sex, stating that she was born in Brzeziny Nowe on the 13th/26th of June of this year at 1:00 in the morning from his lawful wife Anna, born Kuhn, 30 years old. To this child at holy baptism performed on this day day was given the name Lydia Caroline. The godparents were Heinrich Kuhn and Caroline Graf.
