"This happened in the city of Nowy Dwor on the 5th/18th of September, 1904 at 1:00 in the afternoon. We declare that in the presence of witnesses Emil Reschke, 27 years old, and Ludwig Auch, 22 years old, both farmers from Modlin, a religious marital union was contracted between Gottfried Pusch, single, 26 years old, born in Alexandrowo and residing in Modlin, the son of the deceased laborer Johann Pusch and his wife Helene born Senf, of the Evangelical-Augsburg religion - and - Helene Fausak, single, 22 years old, born in Bledowo and residing with her parents in Modlin, the daughter of laborer Johann Fausak and his wife Wilhelmine born Rinau. This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns proclaimed in the local church on the 15th/28th of August and on the next two Sundays. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement had been made between them. This document was read to all who were present and by us and the witnesses signed. The newlyweds stated that they cannot read. Pastor Oscar Ernst."
