Fausak, Theodor Ferdinand; 1897; record of birth in Bledowo from the Nasielsk Ev. churchbooks. Father is Julius Fausak (son of Ludwig Fausak) and Louise Look. This record is probably the original churchbook entry.

This happened in the town of Nasielsk on the 20th of February/4th of March 1897 at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Julius Fausak, a laborer from Bledowo, 26 years old, appeared and in the presence of Adam Look, 32 years old, and Martin Look, 30 years old, both farmers from Bledowo, and presented to us a child of the female sex, stating that the child was born in Bledowo yesterday at 5:00 o'clock in the morning from his lawful wife Louise, born Look, 28 years old. To this child at holy baptism, performed on this day, was given the names Theodor Ferdinand. The godparents were Ferdinand Scheib(?) and Eufrosine Scheib(?). This document was read aloud to the declarant and to all present, who are all illiterate, and signed by us alone. Pastor A. Dagamowski.
