According to his index card, he was born in Modlinska-Kolonja in the Warsaw region. He is listed as married, with two children under the age of 18. Home address is Maksymowka, Krs. Tarnopol, house number 2. His OT service book number is A.156344, and his ID number (Erkenntnisnummer) is 457842.
