Feliks had only one Prisoner Record (no. 40) but two case numbers, two ID numbers, and two camp names; perhaps he was captured twice. His Father's Name is shown only as "I.", perhaps Ivan = Johann? His connection here to Johann Fausak, born in Bledowo in 1851, is a best guess and is unconfirmed. Further investigation of the Nasielsk churchbooks held in Polish archives in Pultusk may ultimately show if this is the proper connection.

Russian language document listing Russian soldiers missing (or killed?) during World War II. This records shows, as No. 90, Felix Ivanovich Fauzak, a married soldier with the rank of private, born 6-4-1896 in the village of Modlin in Warsaw oblast. His residence of record was in Ternopilskaya oblast (Ternopil), Sbereszkogo rayon, village of Maximowka (now Maksymivka, Ternopil's'ka, Ukraine). The patronymic Ivanovich indicates that Felix's father was named Ivan (Johann in German). The record can be found at the Russian language website http://www.obd-memorial.ru.
