    • Birth registration in 1831 in Cieksyn civil records (no. 7, p. 2, LDS film 0,689,560). In addition to father Fryderyk Fausak (spelled Fousak), witnesses were Jakob Neybor and Adam Luk (Look?); godparents were Jakob Neybor and Helena Treychel. Helena soon married Adam Lok and had a son Adam Gottfryd Lok, who was to marry Karolina Fausak, daughter of Jan Fausak and Anna Redmann.

      Marriage registration in Nasielsk records (no. 34, p. 90, LDS film 1,197,739); registration photocopied. Witnesses were Jan Schweitzer at age 28, and Jan Fausak, farmer from Bledowo at age 43 (therefore b. 1807).

    "This happened in Nasielsk on the 29th of December/10th of January 1880/1881 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning. We declare that in the presence of witnesses Adam Look, 46 years old, a farmer from Bledowo and Paul Schliske, 32 years old, day laborer from Bledowo, on this day a religious marital union was contracted between Johann Fausak, 29 years old, born and residing in Bledowo, single, discharged from the Army, a soldier of [Seventh Ulanski Olviapolski General-Admiral Graf Osten-sachen?], the son of the deceased laborer Johann Fausak and his deceased wife Christine born Richert - and - Wilhelmine Rinau, 28 years old, born and residing with her mother in Bledowo, single, the daughter of the deceased farmer Ludwig Rinau and his living wife Anna, born Redmann. This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns proclaimed in the Konary prayer house on the 14th/26th of December, 21st of December/2nd of January of the last/present year, and 29th of December/2nd of January of the last/present year. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement had been made between them. This document was read aloud to the newlyweds and all illiterate witness and sign by us alone. W. Wernitz."
