    Notes
    • Known from an internet listing found in Apr 2007 entitled "Glashütten im Erzgebirge" He was shown as a "tenant" or "tenant" in Heidelbach from 1820-1823. Heidelbach is a few km from the present-day border with the Czech Republic. See http://erzgebirgsglas.de/html/personen_heidelbach.html.

Another internet reference probably to the same person was discovered in June 2009 at http://books.google.com/books?id=ANXNAAAAMAAJ, which is a digitized copy of "Sitzungsberichte des Vereins zur Beförderung des Gewerbfleisses" written in 1830. It seems to refer to a W. Fausack who (perhaps) managed a glassworks owned by Count Solmschen (or called the Count Solmschen glassworks?) in or near Baruth, a town about 35 miles south of Berlin.
