    This happened in the town of Nasielsk on the 17th/29th of December 1880 at 9:00 o'clock in the morning. Adam Look, 46 years old, and Michael Treichel, 33 years old, both farm owners from Bledowo, appeared and announced that yesterday at 11:00 o'clock in the evening in Bledowo died Louise Fausak, 5 weeks old and born in Bledowo, the daughter of farm owner Karl Fausak and his wife Louise, born Kolm. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Louise Fausak, this document was read aloud to all illiterate witnesses and sign by us alone. Pastor Wernitz.

    "This happened in Nasielsk on the 30th of March/11th of April 1878 at 10:00 in the morning. Michael Treichel, 29 years old, and Gottlieb Schweitzer, 27 years old, both farmers from Wola Bledowska, appeared and stated that yesterday at 11:00 in the morning in Bledowo died Johann Fausak, 7 years old, son of Karl Fausak and his wife Louise born Kolm. After eyewitness testimony of the death of Johann Fausak this document was read to the illiterate witnesses and signed by us alone. Pastor Wernitz."

Karl Fausak, 32 years old, farmer from Bledowo appeared and in the presence of witnesses Ludwig Look, 32 years old and Michael Treichel, 29, years old, both farmers from Bledowo, and presented to us a child of the female sex stating that she was born in Bledowo on the 19th of April/1st of May at 1:00 in the afternoon from his lawful wife Louise born Kolm, 31 years old. To this child at holy baptism performed on this day was given the name Helene. The godparents were Ludwig Look and Caroline Look. This document was read aloud to the declarant all illiterate witnesses and signed by us alone. Pastor Wernitz."

    "This happened in Nasielsk on the 2nd/14th of October 1873 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning. We declare that, in the presence of witnesses Friedrich Kittlitz, 59 years old, a farmer from Mogowo, and Michael Treichel, 24 years old, a farmer from Bledowo, a religious marital union was contracted between Ludwig Fausak, 26 years old, born and residing with his brother in Bledowo, a widower after the death of wife Ewa Fausak born Zukowski on the 30th of June/12th of July of this year, the son of the farmer Johann Fausak and his wife Anna Redmann - and - Louise Schinke, 17 years old, single, born and residing with her mother in Mogowo, the daughter the deceased farmer Michael Schinke and his living wife Marianne, born Jeck. This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns proclaimed in the Konary prayer house on the 16th/28th September, 23rd of September/5th of October, and the 30th of September/12th of October. Permission was given by the mother of the bride orally. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement had been made between them. This document after being read aloud, was signed by us and by Friedrich Kittlitz because the others present stated that they don't know how to write. W. Wernitz."

    This happened in the town of Nasielsk on the 1st/13th of April 1873 at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Karl Fausak, 27 years old, a farm owner from Bledowo, appeared in the presence of witnesses Michael Treichel, 24 years old, and Adam look, 38 years old, and Ludwig Look, 22 years old, both farm owners from Bledowo, presented to us a child of the male sex, stating that he was born in Bledowo on the 25th of March/6th of April of this year a 11:00 in the morning from his lawful wife Louise, born Kolm, 26 years old. To this child at holy baptism, performed on this day, was given the name Julius. The godparents were Michael Treichel and Caroline Pletz.
