    Fausak, Adeline; 1915; birth registration
The entry in the registry shows the given name Amelie; that is either in error, or there was a change of mind by Adolf and Amelie.

    Fausak, Adeline; 1915; birth registration
This record, written on the day of birth, is presumably Adeline Fausak even though the name is clearly shown as Amelia. The parents may have changed the name to Adeline shortly after birth. This record does not suggest a twin; the child is shown as the 2nd child of the mother (the first being Ottilie, 1913-1916).
