    Notes 
    • Witnesses at death were Heinrich Götz, age 60 (*1812) and Friedrich Götz, age 50 (*1822). The spelling of her maiden name was transliterated from poorly written Russian script is not certain, but Chodkowski is a surname that is found in the German community near Nasielsk. She is shown to be the daughter of Ferdinand Chodkowski, and survived by her husband Ludwig Fausak, but he (unusually) does not appear as a witness; no children or other relatives are named. Presumably Ludwig was away, or ill, or otherwise unavailable.

    "This happened in Nowy Dwor on the 4th/16th of February 1868 at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon. We declare that, in the presence of witnesses Friedrich Lentz, a farmer from Brzeziny, 47 years old and also Adam Look, 40 years old, a farmer from Bledowo, religious marital union was contracted between Ludwig Fausak, 19 years old, a farmer born and residing in Bledowo, a widower, the son of the farmer Johann Fausak and his wife Anna Redmann, born Redmann, of the Evangelical-Augsburg religion - and - Ewa Catherine Zukowska, single, 16 years old, born and residing in Brzeziny, the daughter of the farmer from Brzeziny Ferdinand Zukowski and his deceased wife Louise, born Bankowksa. This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns proclaimed in the local and the Konary churches on the 21st of January/2nd of February, 28th of January/9th of February, and 4th/16th of February. Permission for this religious union was given orally ny the newlywed's fathers, who were present in person. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement had been made between them. This document was read to the declarants and to all illiterate witnesses and was signed by us alone. L. Wenitz."

    This happened in the village of Tarchomin on the 29th of May 1870 at 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Ludwig Fausak, 22 years old, from the village of Brzeziny appeared and in the presence of Ferdinand Zukowski, 52 years old, and Franz Czarnecki, 60 years old, both colonists from Brzeziny presented to us a child of the male sex, stating that the child was born in the village of Brzeziny on the 22nd of May of this year at 7:00 in the morning from his wife Ewa, born Zukowski, 18 years old. To this child at holy baptism was given the names Julian Edmund. The godparents were Ferdinand Zukowski and Caroline Kolm. Assiatants were Franz Czarnecki and Rosalie Klakner(?), Julian Krüger, and Caroline Mossburger. This document was read aloud to the declarants and to all present, who are illiterate, and signed by us only. Samuel Gardetski, pastor of Tarchomin parish.

    It happened in the town of Nowy Dwor on the 1st/13th of July 1872 at 12:00 o'clock in the afternoon there appeared witnesses Heinrich Götz, age 72 years, and Friedrich Goetz, age 50 years, both farmers from Brzezinki, who declared that 2:00 in the afternoon in Brzezinki Ewa Fausak died at the age of 21 years. She was the daughter of Ferdinand Zukowski, a farmer from Brzezinki and his wife Louisa, born Bankowska, and leaves her husband Ludwig Fausak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Ewa Fausak this document was read to the declarants and illiterate witnesses and was signed by us alone. Pastor L. Wernitz.

She was the daughter of farmers Ferdinand Chodkowski from Brzezinki and his wife Louise. Ewa Fausak leaves her husband Ludwig Fausak. This document was read to the illiterate declarents and witnesses and was signed by us alone."

    "This happened in Nasielsk on the 26th of May/7th of June 1892 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon. We declare that, in the presence of witnesses Gottfried Markwart, 38 years old, and Johann Zukowski, 27 years old, both farmers from Mogowo, on this date a religious marital union was contracted between Julian Edmund Fausak, 22 years old, single, a farmer born in Brzezinki and residing in Bledowo, the son of the late(?) Ludwig Fausak and his deceased wife Ewa Zukowski - and - Louise Look, 24 years old, single, born and residing with her parents in Bledowo, the daughter of Adam Look and his wife Caroline, born Fausak. This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns proclaimed in the Evangelical-Augsburg house of prayer in Konary on the 3rd/5th, 19th/22nd, and 17th/29th of May of the current year. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement had been made between them. This document, after being read aloud, was signed only by us because the others present stated that they don't know how to write. Pastor A. Domowski."

    This happened in the village of Tarchomin on the 4th of March 1869 at 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Ludwig Fausak, a colonist from Brzeziny, 21 years old, appeared and in the presence of witnesses Julian Kruger, 22 years old, and Johann Martin, both colonists from Brzeziny, presented to us a child of the male sex, stating that the child was born yesterday in the village of Brzeziny at 10:00 o'clock in the evening from his lawful wife Ewa, born Zukowski. To this child at holy baptism, performed on this day by priest Romuald Gardotski, was given the name Ludwig Ferdinand. The godparents were the Julia Kruger and Justine Martin. This document was read aloud to the declarant and to all witnesses and signed by us only All present could not write. Priest Romuald Gardoski, pastor of Tarchomin parish.
