      Arrived in US on 10 March 1906 aboard the SS Main sailing from Bremen, Germany on 24 February 1906 (www.ellisisland.org). He is shown as 20 years old at the time, and single. His name is given as Leon Lok, and his bp as Wola RP. He appears to have been traveling with Frederick Renn (?Bann? Baum?); the destination for both was 133 Morris Street, Jersey City NJ. Renn lists his US conatct as brother (in law?) __ Maron at the 133 Morris St. address, and Leon gave friend ____ Schweitzer at the same address.

      His daughter Emilie said in 1997 that her father and mother bought a bakery on Hudson Blvd (now Kennedy Blvd) in Jersey City when she was 10 years old, therefore 1936.
