 | Fausak, Atalia Marta; 1894; Russian language record of birth in Mogowo, Nasielsk, Poland from the Nasielsk Ev. Lutheran church books. Known in her life as Natalie, it's not known if Atalie Marta was an error by the recording Pastor, or if the name was later changed. This happened in the town of Nasielsk on the 1st/13th of April 1894 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Ludwig Fausak, a farmer from Mogowo, 47 years old, appeared and in the presence of witnesses Johann Ulrich, 64 years old, and Michael Look, 45 years old, both farmers from Mogowo, presented to us a child of the female sex, stating that the child was born in Mogowo on the 7th/19th of March of this year at 1:00 o'clock in the morning from his lawful wife Louise, born Hein, 33 years old. To this child at holy baptism, performed on this day, was given the names Atalie Martha. The godparents were Christian Kurz and Anna Look (Locht?). This document was read aloud to the declarant and to all present, who are all illiterate, and signed by us alone. Pastor A. Dagamowski. |

 | Fausak, Edward; 1919; birth Churchbook entry, written in Polish, shows witnesses as Ludwig Sommerfeld, and Efraim Hein (may be brother to Edward's grandmother Louise Hein Fausak). Godmother appears to be Natalie nee Fausak Sommerfeld, wife of Ludwig Sommerfeld. |
 | Death notice for Natalie (Marta) nee Fausak Sommerfeld from Das Ostpreussenblatt, Jahrgang 20 / Folge 3, 18 Jan 1969, Seite 16. I'm at the finish, I could not bear,
From a long illness I can now rest,
I have suffered without much to complain,
Farewell, I go home to the Father's house.
