We declare that, in the presence of witnesses Julius Rinau, laborer from Kolonia Modlinska, age 28 years old and Adolf Bodach, a laborer from Kosewo, 46 years old, on this day a religious marital union was contracted between Ludwig Bodach, 44 years old, born and residing in Kosewo, a widower after the death of his wife Maria Ida born Tybus this year, of the Evangelical-Augsburg faith, son of the deceased married couple of laborer Ferdinand and Christine, born Mind, Bodach, and Helene Pusch, laborer, born Fausak, 28 years old, born in the village Bledowo, Nasielsk and residing in Kolonia Modlinska, a widow after the death 3 years ago of her husband Gottfried Pusch, daughter of the married couple of Johann and Wilhelmine, born Rinau, Fausak, of the Evangelical-Augsburg faith. This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns announced in the local Evangelical-Augsburg church on Sunday 16/28 of August of this year and on the next two Sundays. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement had been made between them. This document was read to the illiterate newlyweds and witnesses and signed by us alone. Pastor Oscar Ernst."
