Fausak, Ottilie; 1913; record of marriage at 21 to Konstanty Kucharski.
"This happened in the city of Nowy Dwor on the 8th/21st of September, 1913 at 4:00 in the afternoon. We declare that in the presence of witnesses Adolf Raussert, 50 years old and Paul Rinau, 50 years old, both laborers from Modlin, a religious marital union was contracted between Konstantin Kucharski, single, 22 years old, born in Warsawa and residing in Aleksandrowska?, permanent resident of gmina Pass?, Plonsk, a laborer, the son of the couple Franciszek Kucharski and Marianne born Muller, Roman Catholic religion - and - Ottilie Fausak, single, 21 years old, born and residing in Modlin, a permanent resident of gmina Polinhowo?, a laborer, the daughter of the deceased laborer Johann Fausak and his wife Wilhelmine born Rinau, of the Evangelical-Augsburg religion. This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns proclaimed in the local Evangelical-Augsburg church on the 25th of August/7th of September and on the next two Sundays. The groom showed a document as proof that he is single. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement had been made between them. This document was read to the illiterate newlyweds and witnesses, and signed by us only. Pastor Oscar Ernst."
