This happened in the Nowy Dwor on 15th/28th of October 1906 at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Gottfried Pusch, a laborer from Modlin, 28 years old, appeared and in the presence of witnesses Karl Pusch, a laborer, 41 years old, and Leopold Look, a farmer from Modlin, 41 years old, presented to us a child of the male sex stating that he was born in Modlin on the 12th/25th of October of this year at 11:00 in the evening from his lawful wife Helene Fausak, 24 years old. To this child at holy baptism performed on this day was given the name Otto. The godparents were the first witness and Albertine Jahnke. This document was read aloud to the all present, who are illiterate, and signed by us alone. Pastor Oscar Ernst.

"This happened in Nowy Dwor on the 15th/28th of April at 12:00 in the afternoon. Robert Hennert(?), 47 years old, worker from Nowy Dwor, and Karl Pusch, 40 years old, laborer from Kolonia Modlisnka, appeared and stated that yesterday in Kolonia Modlisnka at 6:00 in the evening died Otto Pusch, 1.5 years old, son of deceased laborer Gottfried Pusch and his wife Helene born Fausak, who lived with his mother in Kolonia Modlinska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Otto Pusch, this document was read to all, and because the second witness was illiterate, signed by only the first witness and by us. Pastor Oscar Ernst."
