    "It happened in the town of Nowy Dwor on the first/thirteenth of August 1909 at the sixth hour of the evening, there appeared Karl Klein(?), age 50 years, farmer in Stanislowowo, and Ludwig Look, age 54 years, a farmer in Nowy Swidry, and declared that today at the fifth hour of the morning died Louisa Fausak nee Kolm, wife of a farmer, and daughter of Michael and Karolina nee Freymuth married Kolm, born in Augustowka, age 63 years, and lived with her husband in Nowo Swidry, 63 years of age, and leaves her husband Karl Fausak. This document about the death of Louisa Fausak nee Kolm was read to the illiterate witnesses and was signed by us alone.

    "This happened in Nowy Dwor on the 23rd of October/4th of November 1888 at 1:00 in the afternoon. Ludwig Look, 43 years old, farmer residing in Neu Swidry appeared and in the presence of Karl Fausak, 43 years old, and Samuel Kittlitz, 41 years old, both farmers from Neu Swidry, presented to us a child of the male sex, stating that she was born in Neu Swidry on the 15th/27th September at 1:00 in the morning from his lawful wife Rosalie born Kolm, 35 years old. To this child at holy baptism performed on this day was given the name Edward. The godparents were Karl Fausak and Caroline Kittlitz. This document was read to the illiterate witnesses and signed by us alone. Pastor Wernitz."

    "This happened in Nowy Dwor on the 11th/23rd of November 1891 at 12:00 o'clock in the afternoon. We declare that on this day in the presence of witnesses Leopold Hein, 52 years old, and Karl Fausak, 46 years old, both farmers from Neu Schwidry, a religious marital union was contracted between Karl Ludwig Look, 46 years old, a farmer born in Bledowo and residing in Neu Schwidry, a widower after his wife Rosalie born Kolm died in Neu Schwidry in the present year, the son of the deceased couple Martin Look and his wife Marianna born Neumann - and - Caroline Kittlitz, 34 years old, born in Wola Bledowska and residing in Neu Schwidry, a farm owner and widow after the death of her husband Samuel Kittlitz in Mogowo on the 3rd/15 of March of last year, the daughter of the farmer residing in Neu Schwidry Christian Stock and his wife Eufrosine born Schultz, of the Evangelical-Augsburg religion. This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns proclaimed in the local Evangelical church on the 27th of October/8th of November, 3rd/15th and 9th/22nd of November, and no one was against this marriage. The newlyweds stated that they had made no prenuptial agreement. This document was read aloud and signed by us and the first witness because other present were illiterate."

    This happened in the town of Nasielsk on the 18 of February/2nd of March, 1870 at 9:00 in the morning. Ludwig Look, 27 years old, and Martin Pletz, 37 years old, both peasants from Bledowo appeared and announced that yesterday in Bledowo at (:00 in the morning died Ludwig Fausak, 2 years old, who was born and resided in Bledowo, the sone of Karl Fausak and his wife Louise, born Kol.
