Bodach, Alexander; 1912; record of birth in Kosewo, Nowy Dwor, Poland.
"This happened in Nowy Dwor on the 29th of July/11th of August, 1912 at 12:00 in the afternoon. Ludwig Bodach, 46 years old, a laborer from Kosewo appeared and in the presence of witnesses Ferdinand Tybus, laborer from Kosewo, and Edward Jeck(?), a farmer from Kosewo, both 36 years old, presented to us a child of the male sex, stating that he was born in Kosewo on the 26th of July/8th of August at 5:00 in the afternoon from his lawful wife Helene, born Fausak, 33 years old. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day, was given the name Alexander. The godparents were the first witness and Johann(?) Fausak. This document was read to the illiterate witnesses and signed by us only. Pastor Oscar Ernst."
