    "This happened in Nasielsk on the 6th/18th of October 1874 at 2:00 in the afternoon. Ludwig Fausak, 26 years old, a farmer from Mogowo appeared and in the presence of Adam Look, 40 years old, a farmer from Bledowo and Friedrich Kittlitz, 60 years old, a farmer from Mogowo, presented to us a child of the female sex, stating that she was born in Mogowo on the 27th of September/9th of October at 8:00 in the morning from his lawful wife Louise born Schinke, 18 years old. To this child at holy baptism performed on this day was given the name Rosalie. The godparents were Gottlieb Kittlitz and Rosalie Schinke. This document was read aloud to the declarant and all illiterate witnesses and signed by us alone. Pastor V. Wernitz."

Johann Jek, 25 years old, and Michael Locht(?), 46 years old, both farmers from Mogowo, appeared and announced that yesterday at 11:00 in the evening in Mogowo died Louise, born Schinke, 19 years old, the wife of the farmer Adolf Fausak of Mogowo, the daughter of the farmer Michael Schinke and his wife Marianna born Jeck. Surviving after her death is her widowed husband Ludwig Fausak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Louise Fausak, born Schinke, this document was read aloud to all illiterate witnesses and signed by us only. B. Behrends(?)."
