    Karl Fausak (seated) with his wife Louise Kolm to his right. Seated on the right is Helene geb. Fausak Mueller; the two boys are believed to be her sons Herman and Karl. The woman seated on the left is believed to be Caroline nee Fausak Graf. The young woman standing on the left is Adele Fausak. Three of the four men standing are believed to be Karl's sons Ludwig, Leopold Heinz, and Karl; the fourth is not known.

    This happened in the town of Nasielsk on the 18th of March 1868 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning. Karl Fausak, 22 years old, a peasant farmer residing in the village of Bledowo, and in the presence of Adam look, 33 years old, and Ludwig Look, 22 years old, both peasant farmers from Bledowo, presented to us a child of the male sex, stating that he was born in Bledowo on the 14th of March of this year from his lawful wife Louise, born Kolm, 20 years old. To this child at holy baptism, performed on this day, was given the name Ludwig. The godparents were Ludwig Look and Eufrosine Look. This document was read aloud to the declarant and all present, and signed by us alone. Pastor K. Swidermann(?).

    This happened in the town of Nasielsk on the 18 of February/2nd of March, 1870 at 9:00 in the morning. Ludwig Look, 27 years old, and Martin Pletz, 37 years old, both peasants from Bledowo appeared and announced that yesterday in Bledowo at (:00 in the morning died Ludwig Fausak, 2 years old, who was born and resided in Bledowo, the sone of Karl Fausak and his wife Louise, born Kol.
