Look, Bertha; 1893; record of birth in Mogowo, Nasielsk, Poland.
"This happened in Nasielsk on the 10th/29th of December 1893 at 2:00 in the afternoon. Julius Look, 36 years old, a farmer from Mogowo appeared and in the presence of Ludwig Ulrich, 27 years old, laborer from Mogowo and Julian Fausak, 24 years old, laborer from Bledowo, presented to us a child of the female sex stating that she was born in Mogowo on the 18th of November/10th of December of this year at 8:00 in the morning from his lawful wife Christine born Gurska(?), 22 years old. To this child at holy baptism performed on this day was given the name Bertha. The godparents were Julius Fausak and Caroline Bartz. This document was read aloud to the declarant and all illiterate witnesses and signed by us alone. Pastor A Damowski."
