Look, Leonard; 1908; record of birth in Jeziorna, Poland.
"This happened in the city of Nasielsk on the 15th/28th of March 1908 at 10:00 in the morning. Efraim Look, farmer from Jesiorna, 32 years old, appeared in the presence of Martin Look, 40 years old, and Michael Look, 35 years old, both farmers from Pomocnia, and presented to us a child of the male sex, who was born at the same place yesterday and 12:00 in the afternoon from his lawful wife Louise, born Kittlitz, 27 years old. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Leonard. The godparents were Karl Steck and Helene Look. Thos document was read to the declarent and the illiterate witnesses, and signed by us alone. Pastor A. Domowski(?)."
