Emil Fausak lived in the US by this time; he visited his mother in December 1923 and Dec 1924, and then returned again for Albert's marriage to Emma Jakobus in 1928. Emil's son Albert Emil Fausak, at the age of 16, was best man in his uncle Albert's wedding.

Adolf Fausak is standing on the right, and his half-brother Peter Ludwig Fausak is standing on the left. The girl has not been positively identified, but may be Adolf's younger sister Olga Fausak, who entered the US at age 18 with Adolf in March 1909.

The man seated next to Amalie is believed to be her brother Hermann Fehlauer (1881<1950), and the man standing behind Adolf Fausak is Amalie's brother Karl Fehlauer (1885-1950). The woman seated at the right front is Amanda Fausak (later Look), and the man standing at far right is Adolf's half-brother Peter Ludwig Fausak (1883-1964). The young woman on the far left is Lydia Kretschmann, daughter of Adolf's older sister Louise Fausak Kretschmann; the man with her may be her father Robert Kretschmann. The two other women standing in the back may be Ottilie Rinau and Auguste Krause, both of whom were in the wedding party. The man in the rear center is unidentified. The boy in front is not identified but may be Reinhold Kretschmann, son of Robert and sister of Lydia.
