This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns proclaimed in the local Evangelical church on the 6th/18th of October and on the next two Sundays. Permission was given orally by the newlyweds parents in person. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement had been made between them. This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns proclaimed in the Evangelical-Augsburg house of prayer in the village of Konary on the 3rd/15th, 10th/22nd, and 17th/29th of October of the current year. The newlyweds stated that they had made no prenuptial agreement. This document after being read aloud, was signed only because those present stated that they don't know how to write. Pastor A. This records shows, as No. 90, Felix Ivanovich Fauzak, a married soldier with the rank of private, born 6-4-1896 in the village of Modlin in Warsaw oblast. His residence of record was in Ternopilskaya oblast (Ternopil), Sbereszkogo rayon, village of Maximowka (now Maksymivka, Ternopil's'ka, Ukraine). The patronymic Ivanovich indicates that Felix's father was named Ivan (Johann in German). The record can be found at the Russian language website http://www.obd-memorial.ru.
