Dietrich wohnhaft zu Berlin in der Kronenstrasse Nr. 37 und zeigte an, daß Ihr Ehemann der Schankwirth Karl Fausack, 46 Jahren 1 Monat alt, evangelische Religion, wohnhaft zu Berlin in der Kronenstrasse Nr. 37, geboren zu Zaatzke in Kreis Ostprignitz, Sohn des zu St. Jürgen in Kreis Ruppin verstorbenen Milchpächters Karl Wilhelm Christian Fausack und dessen daselbst wohnhaften Ehefrau Friederike geb. Koll, zu Berlin in der Kronenstrasse Nr. 37 am drei und zwanzigten April des Jahres tausend acht hundert siebenzig und sieben, Nachmittags um ein ein halb Uhr verstorben sei. Die Anzeigende vervollständigte ihre Angaben dahin, daß die Vornamen ihres verstorbenen Ehemannes Karl Wilhelm Heinrich seien.

In Gegenwart der Zeugen richtete der Standesbeamte an die Verlobten einzeln und nach einander die Frage:
ob sie erklären, daß sie die Ehe mit einander eingehen wollen. Die Verlobten beantworteten diese Frage bejahend und erfolgte hierauf der Ausspruch des Standesbeamten, daß er sie nunmehr kraft des Gesetzes für rechtmäßig verbundene Eheleute erkläre.
