Gottfried Pusch, a laborer from Modlin, 28 years old, appeared and in the presence of witnesses Karl Pusch, a laborer, 41 years old, and Leopold Look, a farmer from Modlin, 41 years old, presented to us a child of the male sex stating that he was born in Modlin on the 12th/25th of October of this year at 11:00 in the evening from his lawful wife Helene Fausak, 24 years old. To this child at holy baptism performed on this day was given the name Otto. The godparents were the first witness and Albertine Jahnke. This document was read aloud to the all present, who are illiterate, and signed by us alone. Pastor Oscar Ernst.
